Holiday Cookie Recipe Roundup

I've been on quite a baking kick recently, making way too many cookies, and also eating too many as well. Both of my parents have had work parties this week, and it was a great excuse to make some of my tried and true recipes along with some new ones! Here is a complete rundown of my favorite cookie recipes that I only exclusively make during this time of year. These are all very straightforward and easy to make, which is great if you're making double batches and a variety of cookies!
Chewy Molasses Spice Cookies
This is easily my family's favorite recipe. It's incredibly easy, and we like to make the cookies smaller to have them bake faster, and they're of course cuter this way as well. Bless you Martha Stewart.
Russian Tea Cakes
Consisting of literally only six ingredients, these are not the healthiest, but are perfectly buttery and not too sweet.
Our Favorite Gingerbread Cookie Recipe
With a couple of better-for-you substitutes, these cookies blew me away. I used this recipe for a get together at night and pre-made the dough, so it was all ready to roll and cut out. It's very simple but also delicious.
Peanut Butter and Jam Thumbprint Cookies
Perfect with glass of milk, you can't really go wrong with these cute (and healthier) gems.
Chocolate Chip Almond Butter Cookies
Also made with only six ingredients, these are vegan, simple, easy, and are a nice twist to your classic chocolate chip cookie!
Cowboy Cookies
I guess Laura Bush really knows her cookies, because these are filled with chocolate, oats, coconut, pecans, and more. If I don't want to make plain chocolate chip cookies, these are my go-to!
I'm always looking to try some new recipes, so let me know some of your favorites! Happy Holidays!
